Mina Behkar

 I was born in a “Azeri” speaking middle class cultured family. I remember from my early days of childhood that “Hemingway’s” books were sitting in my grandfather’s library which he recited for my grandmother and also two Azeri poetry books from “Mojez” and “Saber”. My father is a painter and also a poet and it has been a few years that he started to go on tours in Iran with his bicycle. He has upheld painting exhibitions in more than twenty cities in our country. He has published three poetry books and also has a painting book waiting to be published. Also some of his paintings has been registered in Iranian national library with the name “Naser Sani”. My mother is a religious lady and also a make-up artist.
